Nick how interesting, in my part of the world these type of opportunities are grabbed by Immigrants who are not afraid to work hard to get the American dream...lately most of these stores are scarfed up by either Asian or Indian Immigrants...I would be interested to know who ends up buying it in your community, Endre

Good morning Nick. Great opportunity for someone to become their own boss and turn this property into a profit center. Hopefully it will get the attention of the right person.

I think this is a very good investment opportunity with potential for a buyer.  Not only does this business have high visibility in the area, but it's located along a well traveled road.

Endre-that's not just a's a lot like when my grandparents came to this country from Greece and opened up restaurants.  Greeks are known for that, but as educational opportunities expand so do the possibilities of employment.  My dad also owned restaurants all of his life and my brother and I have as well, but we both branched off into other directions.  Funny thing is that I still wouldn't mind owing one, but I don't want to run it...way too many hard hours!

Funny thing Nick when I lived in Connecticut every Silver Bullet Dinner was owned and run by Greeks....the food was excellent...and I agree owning vs. running it the way to go:)), Endre

Nick:  Way back in the early 80's when the economy was in the tank and interest rates were sky high, my wife and I considered a business such as this.  We had friends that had a store and were doing very well.  Years later ... they still are.  Best of luck to the new buyers you find!
